The first step in buying a home is to determine what you can comfortably afford and the corresponding loan amount.  I can help you determine this, and then I can recommend some lenders who will determine whether or not you qualify for that amount.  (It is important to not agree to a loan that will ultimately cost you more than you can afford!)

I will listen to your needs and desires in determining your specific criteria for a home, and I will show you only those homes. 

I will work with you on your timeframe, not my own.  I will not limit the number of homes that I will show you nor will I limit the frequency.  If it takes 70 houses and 12 months, I am committed to the process, because I want it to be right for you and for your family.

Preparing the "offer to purchase" is critical.  I will make sure that every detail is covered, protecting your interests.  I vow honesty, loyalty, commitment, and an exceptionally high level of service to my clients.

I will do all necessary research of the market to determine a fair value so that you may negotiate a fair sales price.

I recommend that all buyers have a home inspection, no matter what age the property may be, to discover possible hidden defects and hazards.

I will manage all paperwork and correspondence.  I will communicate regularly with your lender to see that the closing will happen on time.

**Lastly, I will not abandon you once you have signed the papers and moved in.  I will follow up with you to see if you need assistance with anything.  I occasionally get phone calls asking for recommendations for plumbers, painters, carpet cleaners, etc.  I love to be a resource for you, at any time, forever.
