I am the Owner/Agent of this property.  Owner since February 2003.

4 bedrooms, or 3 bedrooms with a bonus room; 2.5 baths.  Extra large kitchen with a breakfast area, separate dining room w/hardwoods, large entry foyer with hardwood floors, open living area, Master Bedroom suite down w/see-thru fireplace and massive closet space.  Attic AND extra storage space (hidden) in bedroom closet (2nd bedroom).

As a successful Realtor in this region, I realize that buyers are looking for great values, as well as a home that is perfectly move-in ready.  We are offering just that!  And we have upgraded nearly everything.

In 2007 we added a custom patio in the backyard to give us more entertaining room.

In 2008 we added:

• New paint throughout (July)
• Solid granite countertops in kitchen
• New stainless undermount, deep, double sink
• Stainless steel kitchen faucet
• Stainless hardware in kitchen
• GE Profile Stainless Steel Kitchen appliances (microwave, 5 burner stove with warming drawer, dishwasher)
• New high-end, beautiful vinyl flooring in kitchen (this is the very high quality stuff...and much easier to clean than tile)....fyi....it cost about the same as tile...but we liked it so much better for its durability (with pets and kids this is important).
• Master Bath upgrades include:  All new brushed nickel faucets (2 at double sink, 1 for Jacuzzi tub, and shower head).  Also upgraded all the hardware, including towel bars and knobs.
• New brushed nickel lighting in Master Bath
• New luxurious spa-feel paint color in master bath, to compliment the serene and calm color of the master bedroom
• 2nd Bath upstairs also received new Moen faucet, shower head and hardware.  (These Moen products are the high-end stuff!)

This past summer, we hired Moore & Moore west to install 3 beautiful Magnolia trees in our back yard.  They join the precious Eastern Snowball bush that blooms in the spring.  We have known that our backyard needs more shade and feel that it is a great value for the new homeowner. And we also hope you'll enjoy the flower garden that has been a part of our family for 3 years.

Lastly, when we bought our home, every doorknob and every piece of hardware throughout was brassy gold.....we've replaced every knob, every hinge and every piece of hardware to either brushed stainless steel or brushed nickel.  We've also upgraded all the outlet covers and every switchplate (in main areas) with brushed nickel.  These details are expensive to do, and we did them to set us apart from the competition in our neighborhood.

We also added a 6 foot wood privacy fence to the back and custom blinds for every window. (2003)
